The proofing of documentation is often an after thought and usually 'rushed' in order to make a deadline. This often results in a reprint being necessary or simply reflects badly upon the company and/or product.
IT Literate has the ability to proof your documents with accuracy to ensure a standardised, cost-effective result that can be relied upon. We are happy to 'go the extra mile' for our clients and we will work outside of business hours to ensure you make your deadline!
Proofing & standardisation can be accomplished for as little as $10 + GST per page. A page is defined as being approx. 300 words.
To calculate, open your document using Microsoft Word, select the TOOLS menu and click on Word Count . Now divide the number of words in your document by 300.
Turn around times for documents are of course dependent upon length and technical detail. A general guideline is
Next-Day................................................. 1 - 20 pages
2-Day...................................................... 1 - 40 pages
3-Day...................................................... 10 - 60 pages
1 Week................................................... 30 - 120 pages
More than 1 Week.................................. > 120 pages
