What software do you require training in?
It is important that we know exactly which program you require training in so
that we can provide you with an accurate quote. There can be major (and minor)
differences between program versions as a result we need to know which version
you wish to learn.
Simply select the program and the version from the
drop down list i.e. Word 2003. If you don't know what version you are using,
try opening the program on your computer and watching for the title screen.
What level of training do you require?
It can be difficult to work out which level of training you require. Please select
the level (beginner, intermediate or advanced) based upon the level you think
you are. Once we have this information and you book in for a session we can work
out exactly what you will require. Alternatively check out our Training Books
information on our Products
page which lists the areas that are covered in each level.
How many people will be doing the same course at the
same time?
iT Literate pricing is based on a sliding scale. Please indicate the maximum number
of students who will be training in the session by selecting a number.
The students will all need to be in the one room and
have access to a computer for hands on application.

Do you have a quiet, comfortable place to conduct the test?
As an authorised testing centre, iT Literate are bound to ensure that each testee has a similar environment in which to sit certification.
A quiet, comfortable area means a place that is free
from distractions, preferably with a door that can be closed for the duration
of the certification.
Does this space have an internet connection?
It is a requirement that iT Literate supply a computer for certification testing.
Usually this computer needs to be able to access the internet. Will this be possible
in the space you have selected? It is important that we know whether there is
access to an internet connection so that we can provide you with an accurate quote.
The students will all need to be in the one room and
have access to a computer for hands on application.

At iT Literate we are aware of the importance of protecting your personal information.
This information includes your name and e-mail address.
We only need this personal information to process your request for a quote and
send you a return email. We may use your email address to forward you monthly
newsletters in the future.
IT Literate will not sell or release your personal information to any organisation

will have a bearing on the length of the task.

it for you based on what you tell us about your needs or you can be involved every
